TL;DR

The thread says The Way of the Stonefist Bundle is available in the Bundles section of the in-game store, not as a pack.
A player report says the dodge roll effect from the Stonefist purchase is found in the Extra effect tab.
The thread also includes a statement that new microtransactions are not planned at this moment, while more will be added later and older Path of Exile 1 microtransactions will be worked through during Early Access.

The Way of the Stonefist Bundle is listed in the Bundles section of the in-game store.
A reported Stonefist dodge roll effect is placed in the Extra effect tab.
A quoted statement in the thread says:
“At this moment we’re not planning to introduce new microtransactions for Path of Exile 2 but we will be adding many more later.”
“During Early Access we will be working through the backlog and making them(poe1 mtx) all available.”

Store availability and microtransaction handling discussed in the thread; no gameplay balance patch is confirmed in the evidence.
Players looking for the Stonefist item should check the Bundles section of the in-game store, and the dodge roll effect may be located in Extra effect after purchase.
Yes — if you are searching for the bundle or its effect, the thread supports checking those specific store locations.
No combat, skill, class, or balance impact is supported by the evidence.

No specific character, build, skill, weapon, or item is identified beyond The Way of the Stonefist Bundle and the Stonefist dodge roll effect.

Check the Bundles section of the in-game store if looking for The Way of the Stonefist Bundle.
If you purchased the Stonefist effect and cannot find the dodge roll option, check the Extra effect tab.
No other immediate action is confirmed by the evidence.

A verified comparison with a previous patch or revision is unavailable from the supplied evidence.
The supplied text shows the same thread content in both the current and previous revision, with no clearly documented change between them.

Supported impact: players looking for the Stonefist bundle should search the Bundles section rather than expecting a standard pack listing.
Supported impact: players who bought the Stonefist dodge roll effect may need to look in Extra effect to locate it.
Cautious implication: the quoted microtransaction note suggests more cosmetics may arrive later, but the evidence does not confirm timing or scope beyond what is stated.
