TL;DR
Path of Exile 2’s Full Release registration is open through December 10. Players must confirm their registration after entering an email address, and the more people who sign up, the more community cosmetics can be unlocked.
What Changed

- The registration deadline is December 10.
- Players are told to confirm their registration after submitting an email address.
- If an email address was submitted earlier, players are instructed to check for a confirmation email from
[email protected]. - The post says the community can unlock more cosmetics as more players register.
Patch Impact
- This is a registration and rewards campaign tied to Path of Exile 2 Full Release, not a gameplay balance patch.
- Players who register can contribute toward community cosmetic milestones and receive updates on the Full Release.
- Register before December 10 and confirm the registration email if needed.
- No gameplay changes, class changes, item changes, or patch notes are provided in the evidence.
Who Is Affected
- No specific character, build, skill, weapon, or item is identified.
- The registration notice explicitly includes existing Path of Exile 2 players.
What Players Should Do
- Register at the official Path of Exile 2 Full Release page.
- Confirm the registration after entering an email address.

Compared With Previous Patch
A verified gameplay-patch comparison is unavailable. The supplied previous revision contains the same registration notice plus additional server maintenance text, but no gameplay or balance changes are shown in the evidence.
Player Impact
- Supported fact: registering is required to participate in the Full Release registration campaign and its reward milestones.
- Supported fact: the campaign is time-limited until December 10.
- Cautious implication: players who do not confirm their registration may not be counted toward the milestone rewards, based on the confirmation requirement stated in the notice.
