Warframe: Epoch Operation: Taubound

Warframe: Epoch Operation: Taubound

TL;DR

Warframe’s Epoch Operation: Taubound is a one-time event running from October 15 to November 17. Players collect Moonflesh on Eris, trade it to Praghasa for rewards, and can also access a permanent Tau Prologue Quest added to the Codex on October 15.

What Changed

  • Epoch Operation: Taubound is now live as a one-time event and runs until November 17.
  • The operation sends players to Mission nodes across Eris to collect Moonflesh for Praghasa.
  • Moonflesh can be earned through missions, rotating Tactical Alerts, and occasional drops from Infested enemies on Eris.
  • Praghasa offers rewards in exchange for Moonflesh, including the Contegorus Armor Set, Vacis Amp Skin, Dhampyre Syandana, a Legendary Core, and a new Honoria.
  • A new Tau Prologue Quest was added to the Codex on October 15.
  • The Tau Prologue Quest is permanent and remains after the event ends.
  • Access to Eris during the event is available to Tenno who have completed Vor’s Prize, and normal Star Chart and Junction requirements are lifted for the event.
  • There will be no reruns of Epoch Operation: Taubound.

Player Impact

Players who want the event rewards need to participate before November 17, since the operation will not return. The event is built around collecting Moonflesh on Eris and trading it to Praghasa, so regular mission play, Tactical Alerts, and enemy drops all matter for progression.

The event also changes access requirements for Eris during its run, which means players who have completed Vor’s Prize can take part without the usual Star Chart and Junction requirements. Separately, the Tau Prologue Quest is a permanent Codex addition, but it requires The Hex and The Old Peace to be completed before it can be accessed.
