TL;DR
Warframe’s Tennotober 2026 is a month-long October art challenge for illustrations and Capturas. Participants can earn an in-game Inbox treat later in 2026 if they meet the listed submission requirements. The event also includes a Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation tie-in window from October 11-17.
What Changed
- Tennotober 2026 is presented as a full month of daily art prompts throughout October.
- Players are invited to submit either illustrations or Captura images based on the daily prompts.
- The 2026 theme asks for inky, black-and-white, tattoo-inspired designs.
- A special charity-related prompt window runs from October 11-17, with encouragement to add pink or purple to submissions during that period, including an extra special prompt on October 12.
- Eligible participants can receive a Tennotober treat in their in-game Inbox later in 2026 if they meet one of these requirements:
- at least 5 eligible drawings
- at least 10 eligible Captura
- a mix of 5 Captura images and 3 drawings
- The official rules state that submissions must be original, related to the Warframe prompts, and not AI-generated.
Player Impact
Players who want the reward need to submit enough eligible work during the event. The rules also make clear that only original, prompt-related submissions count, so AI-generated images and off-topic entries will not qualify. For artists using Captura or drawings, the event is structured around daily prompts and a specific black-and-white, ink-inspired style, with a charity-themed color suggestion during the October 11-17 window.
