- The self-heal on Sparks detonation is removed and replaced with 5 Bonus Health for 4s, capped at 25.
- Endsong Inferno now applies 2 Sparks instead of 1 when its explosion spell field and shockwave hit enemies.

- Sparking Sprint now provides 25/s continuous self-healing.
- Dazzling Detonation Blind duration is reduced from 1.5s to 0.8s.
- Firework Finale spell field healing increases from 150/s to 180/s.
- Vampiric Kin gains a new Blade Team-Up effect that continuously heals surrounding allies for 15/s for 6s.

- Shadow Scythe damage changes from 55 + 2% of target’s Maximum Health to 50 + 2% of target’s Maximum Health.
- Shockwave damage drops from 60 to 55.
- Twilight of the Gods duration is reduced from 12s to 10s.
- Living Abyss cooldown is reduced from 15s to 12s, while movement speed during the ability drops from 13m/s to 10m/s.

- Optic Blast single-hit damage increases from 22 to 23.
- Ricochet Force cooldown reduction per Optic Blast hit increases from 0.25s to 0.3s.
- Ruby Rage energy cost drops from 3700 to 3400.
- Hawkeye
- Piercing Arrow projectile speed increases from 130m/s-195m/s to 140m/s-210m/s.
- Crescent Slash animation recovery time is slightly reduced.
- Hypersonic Arrow’s initial damage hit spell field width increases from 3m to 5m.
- Scarlet Witch
- Chthonian Burst single-shot spell field damage drops from 40 to 35.

- Hulk with Wolverine: Furious state attack speed and movement speed boosts increase from 20% to 25%; Unstoppable triggers at 400 health instead of 300 and its cooldown drops from 60s to 45s.

- Gambit with Jubilee: Sparkling Staff duration increases from 1.5s to 2s.

Player Impact
These changes push several heroes in different directions at once.
