TL;DR
Warframe is giving away base Banshee as a free login reward through October 7. The reward also includes a built Forma, and the update ties the giveaway to Banshee’s new Ability Rework.
What Changed
- Players who log in any time before October 7 receive a free base Banshee Warframe.
- The login reward also includes a free built Forma.
- The article says Banshee’s new Ability Rework is available as part of the Iceblade of Narin update.
- The post also mentions the Banshee Threnodia Skin and a corresponding collection of customizations.
Player Impact
Players who log in during the stated window can claim Banshee without needing a specific Mastery Rank or experience level, according to the article. That makes the reworked Warframe available to a wider set of players for immediate testing.
The built Forma should give players extra flexibility when trying her updated abilities. The article also notes that a friend using a unique code can get a free Banshee when they log in, but it does not provide further details on how that system works.
